We are located apposite the Fort Shopping Centre in Birmingham. We have excellent access to the city centre and local roads as well as the M6 and A38. Public transport is just a stone throw away with onsite parking available for visitors.

3) What are your opening times?

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. However if you would like to speak to one of our representative please call between the hours of 9am to 7pm, where we will be more than happy to answer any questions.

4) What type of goods can I store?

You are able to store anything you like, from prized possessions, antiques, cars, tools, equipment, plant, machinery to trade items, stock, electrical goods, food, clothing, furniture and lots more.

5) Are my goods insured?

No. However, we have an independent insurance company who will insure your goods while they are on our site should you wish to take a policy out. They provide comprehensive cover exclusively for the self storage industry. They are reliable and easy to use and cover can be arranged with them over the internet.

6) What steps do I need to take to rent?

All you need to do is call in and see if we have any storage space available. Upon confirmation, you will be required to produce x2 forms of identification (e.g. driving licence and utility bill), a small deposit and rent in advance.

7) How much space is available?

We are able to accommodate every storage need. From big to small items we have it covered.

8) How can I pay?

We offer our customers the added advantage of paying by method of choice. You can pay by Cash, Card, Cheque or through the Bank.

9) How long can I store for?

You can store your goods indefinitely.

10) How many times can I access my goods?

Customers can access there storage facility at there own discretion. You hold the keys, you store and you lock.
